I've created 2 easy recipes that are tasty and good for your body!

Let's get coco-crazy!

Apple & Coco Muffins
- make 8 muffins

> 80 grams coconut flour
> 1 over ripe banana
> 2 whole eggs + 1 egg white
> 4 tbsp sweetener (I use maple syrup)
> 1 apple
> 2 tsp cinnamon
> 1/2 tbsp baking soda
> 6 tbsp water

First step : In a bowl, start by whisking the eggs and add the smashed banana as well as the maple syrup. Whisk until smooth.
Second step : Then, add all the remaining ingredients and try not to eat all the batter!

Bake for 20 minutes at 225*C

Choco-Coco Muffins
- make 8 muffins

> 2 whole eggs + 1 egg white
> 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
> 40 grams coconut flour
> 1 tsp cinnamon
> pinch of salt (I use pink salt)
> 5 tbsp sweetener (I use maple syrup)
> 1 tbsp coconut oil
> 1 tsp baking soda
> 1 tsp vanilla extract

First step : In a bowl, start by whisking the eggs, coconut oil and maple syrup. Whisk until smooth.
Second step : Add the remaining ingredients, and try not to eat all the batter!

Bake for 20 minutes at 225*C
